Tip: A Great Butt and Hamstring Toning Exercise

This great exercise is called the Prone Leg Kick or the Swim.

1) Lay on your stomach with your hands folded underneath your forehead.  **Keep legs tight together and tighten the glutes.

2) Kick like you are swimming for about 1 minute or 4 minutes if you are strong.

3) After your 1 or 4 minutes, raise legs in the air keeping them straight and click heels together (your feet should be slightly turned out in order to to this). Do this movement for another 1 minute.

That’s it! This is a killer exercise but the results will make you look great in those jeans, quicker then you can say “My date is late”.
