For that, it’s important to understand the difference between discipline and motivation. You might need motivation to get in the game, but you surely need discipline to see it till the end.

If you hit the gym on a Monday, make sure to continue going on following days until the end of the week. This doesn’t mean exhaust yourself without breaks; all it says is that you convince yourself to commit to a schedule and abide by it.

Procrastination is the worst peril that can delay achieving your fitness goals by a lifetime—and there’s only one that you’ve got! If you want to become fit and strong, you need to be all in, with your mind and body geared towards the same goal. You’ll live through many days when going to your fitness class will be the last thing on your mind, but you have to remind yourself that you signed up for it. When the mind defies, you talk it back in the ring. When the body defies, you train it with the motto: mind over muscle!
Low Motivation and Discipline Levels
If you’re finding it hard to go the dance fitness session every day, know that you’re only looking for excuses. You might have dishes piled up in the sink or laundry waiting to be put in the washer, but if that’s stopping you, your priorities are incorrect. Your body and health should be your top-most priority. This is where discipline comes in.

If you’re that bothered by leaving tasks pending by going to the gym, set a time and finish them within it so you have time for both. If you’re only picking the easy tasks to do, then it’s surely lack of discipline that’s distancing you from your fitness goals.
What you need then is something to motivate you to build discipline. Pick a dance class that’ll make fitness a more exciting journey or plug in some music to make gym-time even more fun!
