FitEngine Celebrity Workout Tips

BuzzFoto Celebrity Sightings In New York - August 11, 2012Have you ever wondered how stars stay fit? We know they love cheeseburgers, pizza and chocolate like the rest of us.

We may acknowledge that many of them can throw money at the problem. In fact, they can spend upwards of $300 per hour to hire the best personal trainers to transform their bodies. But, because of their profession, they have to stay in shape. They also have pressure to stay fit. If you knew you were going to be in a movie where millions of people would be critiquing your looks, you might find a way to get fit, too.

Many celebrities do not like going to gyms because they have to deal with those who will pull out a cell phone and snap pics of them, maybe while the celeb is in an unflattering pose.

What one top trainer, Harry Pasternak, who worked with Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, suggests are short bursts of high-intensity workouts that boost metabolism and mold muscle. And most importantly, exercises that can be done anywhere.

Another important tip is to include the use a heart rate monitor and make sure you are in the fat-burning zone. This means to work out at 60 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate. A simple change like this can lead to the weight coming right off.
