Green tea with Ginger and almond milk latte

! tbs powdered match green tea
1 tsp dried ginger
1 c. hot water
1/4 cup almond/coconut milk steamed/frothed
1 tsp honey or agave or sweetener to taste

Mix dry ingredients together in a mug adding hot water and steamed milk of choice. Sweeten as desired and enjoy! Matcha Green tea has a little caffeine, and ginger is a warming spice that helps improve circulation and digestion. Both contain powerful antioxidants and can be a great pre-work out treat without slowing you down. It is sure to give you an energy boost without jitters.

“Hot Chocolate Cherry Kiss Cookies”

1 1/2 cups gluten free oats ( can be ground into flour in blender)
1/12 cups brown rice four
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup or more chia seeds
1/2 cup or more water to help chia seeds gel ingredients together
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 -3/4 tbsp cayenne ( optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tbs margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup-3/4 cup dried, unsweetened cherries
1/2 cup- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
zest of 1 small orange

After mixing all these ingredients together, form 1 inch balls and bake at 350* for about 15-20 minutes! Enjoy:-)
