Standing Forward Bend
The poses don’t have to look like exercises. Encourage your child to see if they can touch their ankles by bending forward. This exercise is best for stretching hips, calves, and hamstrings.
Child’s Pose

Simply make your child sit on their heels and rest their forehead on the ground. The arms should rest alongside the body in this pose. This pose relaxes the entire body and mind.
1. Downward Facing Dog
This pose was designed and introduced for children only. It’s one of the easiest, and you might often see children doing it unintentionally.
Make your child bend forward with their palms on the ground. This pose resembles an upside-down V pose which is excellent for energizing the whole body along with stretching it.
2. Dancer’s Pose
To make it more fun, the dancer’s pose is just the best pose for family yoga. Ask your child to stand on one leg. You need to stretch the other leg in the opposite direction and hold it with one arm. Extend the other arm out so your child doesn’t miss the balance.
