Om Factory claims to combine aerial acrobatics, dance, Pilates, traditional yoga principles, and calisthenics in their AntiGravity yoga classes – which is a tough order to fill! The good news? They delivered. Within the first 20 minutes of class, we went from hanging in a resting-stretching straddle pose to hanging handstands. It was so much fun!
